Hi Keith: I want you to know how much I appreciate the way you handled the sale of my house. I always felt that you had info at your fingertips, if not, you got it. I can’t think of anyone who know the Moraga market better than you, as well as knowing the right people on the periphery, engineers, craftsmen and contractors, all role players. I’ve known you a long time, and I always knew that you were the one person that I could trust. That was very important to me.
